Wrapped with Applewood smoked bacon adn accompanied by Romesco rubbed potates and Catalan style spinach.   $25.95


Duo of Pan Seared Scallops and Pork Medallions Braised with Apples

Accompanied by sweet potato puree, pancetta braised swiss chard and a cider jus.  $25.95


Duck Bolognese

Whole duck finely ground and slowly cooked Bolognese style with white wine and tomatoes over a house made tagliatelle pasta topped with a fried egg.  $19.95
