Tacos and Mexican street food Menu
Grilled fish Tacos with lime pickled red onions, a mango-aji amarillo sauce, cilantro and an avocado relish.
Carnitas tacos – literally “little meats”. made by braising or simmering pork in oil or preferably lard the result is very tender and juicy meat, which then can be served on tortillas with chopped cilantro diced onion and pico de gallo
Pozole Verde Traditional Mexican soup with green tomatillos, chicken and hominy.
Tlayudas – An iconic Oaxacan street snack. Sometimes referred to as “Mexican Pizza” but really more of a tortilla flatbread with traditional toppings. Carnitas, bacon, chorizo, black beans, bell peppers, corn, pico de gallo, Mexican crema, avocado and onions. We will be hand making the tortillas
